Key Learning: As Christians we are to have a continuing commitment to our lifelong Spiritual Journey. We should engage in this journey with Bold Endurance!
The practice of Bold Endurance is somewhat akin to what management guru Jim Collins describes in his book Great by Choice as a regular and disciplined 20 Mile March. See Collins’ book HERE.
See a brief video shows Collins presenting this concept HERE.
To engage in the discipline of a 20 Mile Spiritual March we must have Bold Endurance!
Scripture
Hebrews 10:19-25
Two weeks ago we talked about the New Covenant.
Last week we talked about Sanctification.
This week is about Bold Endurance!
Other words that may express supporting ideas to Bold Endurance are,
Perseverance. Staying Firm. Confidence. Assurance. Unswerving. All-In. Persistence. Keep Going.

In the focus scripture verses are three Let Us statements which are invitations to action.
Three Key Learnings
Opening: I Corinthians 13:13 tells us to trust fully in God. Hope steadfastly. Love extravagantly knowing that the greatest of these three is love. Backup to verse 12 and it tells us we will grow in our understanding of this as we more clearly see the work of God in our lives.
Bold Faith: Let Us worship our Triune God with a true and sincere heart with the full assurance faith brings. May we adopt the discipline of daily/weekly worship and living prayerfully.
Bold Commitment: Let Us hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who gave us this hope is trustworthy. Do not be distracted by people, movements, and events that do not move you forward in your spiritual journey.
Bold Challenge: Let Us motivate one another to be persons of love with compassionate good works. How can we encourage one another towards love and compassion? . . . toward fulfilling the practices of the early church?
Life Applications: Continually practice faith, hope, and love through innovative and creative Christian community such as that shown us in Acts 2:42-47 by the very early church:
Gathering, Teaching/Learning, Fellowship, Meals (with the Lord’s Supper), Worship/Prayer, Miracles (Awe), Sharing, Giving, Home Groups, Telling the Good News and receiving those who are being saved.
